Batumoba 2019 will be held on April 28. The date is related to granting Batumi city status. In 1885, 90 residents of Batumi addressed the head of the Caucasian civil part in granting the city status to Batumi. On April 28, 1888 Batumi was granted the status of the city.

The events will be held in Batumi Boulevard from 28 April 12:00 till 29 April to 02:00.

On the territory of the old boulevard will be presented:

• Cinema in Batumi - showing screenings and photo exhibition
• Book Corner
• Kite Show
• Finger theater

The concert will be held on the stage in front of the Summer Theater, with the participation of:
Asea Sool, Melomaniakk, Cherry Band, Four Seasons, Two x Two, Black Sea, Irakli Paghava, Free Space, Band - Cognac, Nugzar Ergemlidze, Avto Abeslamidze, Morris Meladze, Giorgi Nakashidze, Giorgi Putkaradze, Sulkhan Devadze, Nanuka Mikadze, Sandro Kurtskhalidze, Iago Devadze, Lasha Guruli, Benja, The Young Georgian Lolitaz.

On "Batumoba" there will be presented the models of the main buildings of twin towns and photo-stands of national clothes. In addition, the market will be held where local entrepreneurs will hold exhibition-sale of their products.
