The popular Kazakh TV channel 31 prepares a program about travelling to Ajara and its main character is going to be a famous Kazakh singer. The camera crew of the TV Company with the singer visited Ajara last week and in the current week, they are going to share their impressions with about 10 million viewers of the program.

Apart from the mountainous Ajara, Georgian folklore, cuisine, Batumi Botanical Garden and the main city tourist attractions, the camera team got interested in the cultural heritage. To get acquainted with the examples of Georgian art, they visited Batumi Art Museum. The camera crew of the popular TV channel came to Ajara at the invitation of the Ajara Tourism Department.

Kazakhstan is one of the most interesting tourism markets for our region, where the promotion of Ajara tourism products is being actively implemented. The advertising activities include- foreign promotion, attracting large tourist agencies and journalists to our country, preparing reports, articles and programs about Ajara and elaborating specific tourist packages. Besides, the Ajara Tourism Department carries out advertising campaign at the Kazakhstan International Tourism Fair. In total, the department implements promotion of our region in 16 target countries.
