Adjara Tourism Department started popularization of the region on international tourist exhibitions. This time, tourism products of Adjara and Georgia, in general, gained an attention in Utrecht International Tourism Fair. The majority of visitors, many of whom were interested in travelling to Georgia, focused on nature and culture.

100 797 visitors attended Utrecht International Tourism Fair this year. Adjara Tourism Department took part in it together with Georgia National Tourism Administration and tourism agencies.

This year, the Department of Tourism of Adjara will promote the tourism opportunities of the region at 28 international tourism exhibitions. On 11 of them Adjara will be presented with an independent stand, where visitors will be offered renewed advertising – promotional materials as well as tasting of  wine and Georgian sweets.
